What type of products do you specialize in

We specialize in customized cakes, cookies and candles. We ensure each product is made to our customer’s requirements.

How many days in advance should we order the cake?

For a fully customized cake 3-4 days advance order is required for other cakes the it could range from 2 to 3 days. For wedding cakes we recommend 15 days to 1 months to give adequate time for design discussion and finalization.

 What are the various payment options?

We convenient payment options which include Bank transfer, Cash on Delivery and Online Payment using credit or debit card.

Can I add a message on the Cake?

Sure! At the time of placing order please specify your message in the Notes box or call us.

Is the Payment Gateway on  your Website Secure?

Yes, all online payments are routed though the payment gateway with high security features. Your Credit /Debit Card information is encrypted and is sent for processing using SSL ( Secure Socket Layer) technology. 

Can I specify date and time of delivery.

The customized cakes require 3-5 days advance order. You can call us to specify the date and time for delivery or you can mention in the Notes section at the time of check out process. We would recommend calling us to confirm the delivery date and time.

We will ensure your order is delivered on the specified date and delivery time window. We however can not guarantee the time of delivery. Our delivery team will do their utmost to meet your delivery time request, however we cannot guarantee the time of delivery

What is your return and refund Policy

 Your purchase is final and non-refundable. Subject to the other Term and Conditions, no product or service may be returned.

 However if the product delivered is damaged or defective please report the same to Miras Dial A Cake  within 2 hours of such delivery and e-mail the photographs of the same

 Miras Dial A Cake will in its sole discretion will either deliver to you, the new product at its own cost or refund to you the amount you have paid in relation to such product. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once refund is initiated, it takes 10-15 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account.

In case of Order Cancellation, we will refund the full amount if we receive cancellation 24 hours in advance.
